Canceling on a Mac

1. Open the App Store app on your Mac

2. Click your name or the sign-in button at the bottom of the sidebar to the left

3. Select Account Settings at the top right of the window

4. Scroll until you see the Manage section

5. In this section, next to Subscriptions, click Manage

6. Click Edit next to PromptBoard

7. Now select Cancel Subscription
