Do I get free updates?

Sure. You can get free updates whatever you subscribe PromptBoard or not. Some new features maybe will available for Pro/Plus tier only.

Will you provide support?

Yes, we will. All users can send any questions about PromptBoard to us via email. If your subscription is Pro/Plus tier, you will get the priority support.

“Restore Purchases” unsuccessful

PromptBoard seems to have failed to restore your existing subscription. You might be seeing this error for multiple reasons.

First off, please make sure that

  • 1. you are logged in the with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription 
  • 2. your PromptBoard subscription is still active

If you are using PromptBoard on multiple devices, please make sure iCloud is enabled on all devices and that you are logged in with the same iCloud account (not necessarily identical to your Apple ID). Additionally, iCloud Drive must be enabled on your device.

On Mac, open System Preferences, click “iCloud,” and make sure iCloud Drive is ticked. Furthermore, “PromptBoard” must be checked under “Options…”.

On iOS, open the Settings app, tap *your account name* › “iCloud,” and ensure both iCloud Drive and PromptBoard are enabled. Only if iCloud is set up correctly, will the subscription sync successfully to the other devices.

iCloud Synchronization

All user data of PromptBoard will synchronize on your all Apple devices via your iCloud Account. You can switch on or off the synchronization option within the settings page in PromptBoard APP.

How Do I Change the App's Language?

PromptBoard is available in 10 languages, and by default, it uses your system language. However, you have the option to switch to any of the other available languages if you prefer.

If you want to use the same language across all your apps, you can change the language of your operating system.

  • 1. Go to Account > Language  and change the language to one of the 10 available ones. 

Canceling or Refunding a Subscription

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or refund subscriptions ourselves, since Apple handles all sales and we have no access to any payment information.

What Happens if I Cancel My Subscription?

When your subscription expires or has been canceled, PromptBoard will switches your subscription to Free tier. This means that you can still manage your content under limitations. However, you cannot create new prompts without a Pro/Plus subscription when you reached max free prompts count in tier.
