Refunding on Mac, iPad and iPhone

1. Once you’ve cancelled your subscription, you can go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in to your Apple ID

2. From the I'd like to menu, select Request a refund

3. Select a reason why you would like a refund

4. Choose Next

5. From the list of your subscriptions, select PromptBoard

6. Choose Submit
